By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the Terms, you must not use the App.

You must not: (a) copy, record, distribute, or publicly perform any audio content beyond the App’s intended functionality; (b) share your account outside your household; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App; (d) introduce malware or disrupt networks; or (e) use the App in violation of any law or regulation.

All content, stories and illustrations in this app are original creations by the vaia.stories team with the help of AI tools used for inspiration and support. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

The App may incorporate or link to third‑party services such as Firebase and RevenueCat. We are not responsible for those services. We strongly advise you to read their respective terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any part of it, at any time without liability. We may also issue updates that you must install to continue using the App.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. THE AUDIO CONTENT IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL, EDUCATIONAL, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KVLYTICS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO USE THE APP DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KVLytics Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Country, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law, any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the Country.

We may revise these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted in the App and on our website. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
