This Privacy Policy describes how KVLytics Ltd ("we", "our", "us", registered office at 15 Dragovitsa str, Sofia 1505, Bulgaria) collects, uses, and safeguards personal data when you download, access, or use the vaia.stories mobile application (the "App") and any website or landing page that links to this Policy.

We collect only the information required to operate the App and manage subscriptions: (a) email address; (b) chosen username; (c) purchase receipts and renewal status supplied by the relevant app store; (d) limited usage and diagnostic data generated automatically by Firebase, Google Analytics, and RevenueCat. We do not collect special‑category data, precise location, or information from children.

We process personal data to: (i) create and maintain user accounts; (ii) deliver audio content and related features; (iii) administer subscriptions and payments; (iv) send essential service communications; and (v) monitor performance and improve the App. The lawful bases are consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in ensuring the security and quality of the service. We send marketing messages only with your explicit consent.

Although the content is intended for toddlers, the App is directed to parents and legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under thirteen (or under sixteen in the European Economic Area). If we discover that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it without delay.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers—Firebase, Google Analytics, RevenueCat, Apple Sign‑In, and Google Sign‑In—who process it under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose data when required by law or to enforce our rights.

We apply industry‑standard safeguards and continuous monitoring based on specified third-party services. No system can be guaranteed fully secure; however, we continually work to protect your information.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection to processing of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time.
